There were beta and release candidates of the player global publicly available for 11.2. The second RC one is probably a good bet. But that doesn't help people wanting to compile against 11.1 (what the current build script default to) as it will download the new 11.2 playerglobal.swc if you don;t have the existing 11.1 playerglobal.swc.
