What is the purpose of the first link? Somebody that has no idea what Flex is, stumbles across the mailing list archives, his only way forward is via that link, he follows it and becomes an avid Flex developer? Sounds a bit far-fetched. In reality such a person would just google "Flex". The second link is important though.
