I have provided a patch to revise the build files but Adobe is still working on changes that may impact that patch. The build files can be edited by hand to compile for a different locale or you can use the patch from here to make life a little easier for yourself. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-14 Thanks, Justin
