I think the non-DNA agreement would be a great approach, and the process to get it contributed can be as scheduled. So long as we have a head start, and once it gets approved any changes we have can go right. We will assume the risk of the legal hurdles that any efforts we make were in vane. We might even decide to completely deviate from the Falcon compiler all together as discussed in other threads, but having that insight into what's going on with the compiler will be a huge win, and it doesn't have to be a distraction much past getting that non-DNA ironed out.
