I make your words my own. I've had several discussions off-list regarding what should be the direction of Flex compilation and deployment. As would be expected a huge number of ideas have come up and we could spend ages discussing what would be the best strategy. As Peter says there is no right and wrong path, there is no overarching entity that will determine what each of us should focus on. As individuals, we should be talking with submitted code and patches and that should the our weapon when trying to influence others to see our point of view and collaborate with us in bringing those ideas to life. If anyone thinks that he/she will sway the opinion of the group simply by speaking out his reasoning without giving actual proof of feasibility, then they're thinking it wrong. At least, that's not what I see in an Apache project. Cheers, Rui
