+1 (non binding) for the colored one. It looks great!

Even though the color scheme gives me an light association with the big 
companies like google and microsoft the color scheme is 
distinguishable enough.

Also the multi colors could mean the different platforms/areas flex (will) work 
on, i.e. the versatility.

for example:

red --> air desktop (air has a red logo)
green --> mobile / tablets (green --> it's the new thing, fresh)
orange --> html5 targeting (orange see HTML5 logo), this is of course future 
thinking here...
blue --> regular browser deployments

ah well it's just a thought... 

anyway congrats on the great design!
