I have global confluence admin rights and can help manage both the 
flex-committers and flex-administrators groups.

People who do not have an account on the Apache Cwiki should create one here:

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/signup.action

Mine is w...@apache.org. It is suggested that you use <id>@apache.org, but that 
is not required.

Once you have done so let this thread know. I'll periodically add people to the 
committers group.

Those that want admin rights can be added to that group as well.
