However, I would suggest waiting for Alex's news about what Adobe's
position is before doing anything. Alex said "Adobe definitely intends
to let Apache use the Flex name" so I don't see an immediate concern.
And if the Adobe legal team has concerns, it's more efficient to have
them talk directly to the ASF board or trademarks specialists.
