Rick,

As I said all of the old Adobe headers are gone in the code we are
donating. While Apache would have let us fix these during the incubation
period, Adobe legal wanted them fixed before the donation.

I used the Apache provided tool for inserting the new Apache headers.
There may be a few files with odd file types that the Apache script didn't
know about that I missed that will need to be corrected.
