I don't know. I'm not sure I'm sold on the 5 points system yet. We
could come up with 20 different opinions and still end up with 20 ties
if all the points are applied to one logo that each PPMC member likes.
I think only +1 is necessary. Each PPMC should just vote with a +1 on
their favorite logo. And we do three rounds. Each logo that makes the
first cut, whether it be 20 ties or 10 logos that got 1 or 2 points
make it to round 2. Then in round two, those narrowed down results get
re-voted, and a top few logos would be produced. From there, the third
round would be the winning vote based on the most points. We'd only go
into overtime if there's a tie in the third round.

I think this way is the most fair, it's the easiest, and probably the
fastest approach to choosing a logo. No need for 0, or -1 here. KISS.
