I have a completely different thought: Right now there are around 50 
Logos in that submission, too many to compare
them properly side by side. I suggest to have at least two rounds where 
the first round uses the suggested ranking
1 - 5 with 5-1 pts. Then you take the top 5 to a second round where each 
member can choose but one. In case two or three submissions get the same 
amount of votes you can ask the designers if they want to join to make a 
nice one together, update their designs or if they need another round.

Of course "all flex members" want to vote on it, but to avoid 
vote-manipulation-issues just the PPMC members should vote, they can 
consult anyways with whomever they want.
