Ideally the test suite and the code coverage plugin for Flash Builder should be able to tell us if and where there is code that is not being executed.
That said, I have no idea what the test suite is like or how it is set up, or even if the code coverage plugin, or any code coverage plugin, can be actually run on the test suite. Hopefully we have more information about the testing suite soon. -omar
