No, that's not what I mean - the goal is to get consensus, if that
works without a formal vote (and I think it does considering recent
discussions, maybe just wait a bit to see if that's confirmed here)
just go ahead.

Off the top of my head, the only things where a vote is absolutely
required at the ASF are releases and electing committers and (P)PMC
members - I might be forgetting something, but in general once there's
consensus there's no need to over-vote ;-)
