Because no one has taken the lead and suggested a way of voting (hint, hint ;-) If a public vote is ok (I think it is), I'd suggest sending an email here with the list of names and URLs once the submission deadline is over, and give each voter N points that they can give to the various candidates to vote, in the same thread. Wait M hours, count the points and if there's a tie run another vote with the logos that got most votes. The PPMC needs to decide if only its votes count of if community votes count as well - I'd suggest just the PPMC to keep things simple. Some needs to take the lead to get consensus on this, and that won't be me - I'm just a mentor. -Bertrand
