For the moment, I have done it the other way 
around ... which means proposing "good design" ... 
for large-scale Flex apps ... see my code examples:

But, to be honest, I am not sure whether this good 
code or not. I just grabbed lots of ideas during the 
last couple of years, and, put those ideas into these 
code examples, documentation and diagrams.

I think what the Flex community really needs is some 
kind of website where best coding practice examples
will be collected and managed for the next ongoing
years of Flex.

For the moment, there is a lack of "best coding practice" 
authority in our community, and therefore, lots of sh*** 
code is out there.
