I have not yet voted on this. For the record I am +1 on the contest and the page with the following thoughts: 1. Regarding this text: "Your proposal will be published on the Flex Incubation website here next to the other proposals" We cannot host an image of the logo submissions on our site without an ICLA on file for the person submitting the image. We can host a link on our site to someone's submission on an external site if they have not filed an ICLA. Obviously, if that submission becomes the winner, the submitter will need to file an ICLA before their submission is accepted into the project. Someone correct me if I am wrong. 2. The last lines of the page say: "The authors of the selected Apache Flex logo(s) will need to donate them to the Apache Flex project according to the Apache individual contributor license: ICLA.txt Send to the Apache Flex Mailing List mailing-lists" This reads like we are suggesting people send an ICLA to the Flex mailing list. That is not where ICLAs are submitted to. ICLAs go to secret...@apache.org. It should probably be changed to "The authors of the selected Apache Flex logo(s) will need to donate them to the Apache Flex project according to the Apache individual contributor license: ICLA.txt Send the ICLA to secret...@apache.org".
