I'm getting into this discussion a bit late as I've already said which one
I like and trying to stay out of the rest of the discussion. I would just
be careful about using other sites that typically provide money for their
work.

I wouldn't want anyone (a winner) to feel that after a win that the group
would be enticed to pay for or change the agreement to gain the winning
logo. Sadly I don't have the solution, the most secure way to accomplish
this is to have them sign up. I would just stick away from other sites I
guess is my thought. Anyone following this development knows the legal
issues and expectations.
