As of this time Windows binary releases for version 1.3.3 are not available on the official download server.Searching the Web I found 2 compiled binary packs (including both 64 and 32-bit) with different sizes. one is this: https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php?topic=118008.0
the other is this: https://www.videohelp.com/software/FLAC-Encoder at least please could somebody give me some info which pack is suitable to be used on Windows? Thank You!
