Over on Hydrogenaudio "o-l-a-v" has tested 1.3.1 against 1.3.2pre3 on Windows 
10 Pro x64.

The conclusion is: no errors, 1.3.2pre3 seems to produce slightly smaller files 
but is also slightly slower with encoding.
