Microsoft Visual Studio 2015: format.c(48): error C2065: 'PACKAGE_VERSION': undeclared identifier I edited MSVC project files (I changed 'VERSION' preprocessor variable to 'PACKAGE_VERSION') and it resulted in successful build: "Rebuild All: 26 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 skipped" "make -f Makefile.lite" also doesn't work out of box.
