I noticed that the patch that renamed win_utf8_io to win_utf8_io_static (http://git.xiph.org/?p=flac.git;a=commit;h=2e165ec569b1511a41fe7714d2f598a89aca0565) also changed line endings in win_utf8_io_static.vcproj from CRLF to LF.
