Has anyone tried financing an Imacon by using it to scan others' film, presumably mostly medium-format? Where I live, I don't think I'd get much business, but it wouldn't take much to encourage me to try.

I haven't looked hard, but I think I saw the least of the Imacon's at B&H for $5000, new. Maybe I could finance one by bringing them back over for re-sale? 8) > > -----Original Message----- >> From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >> [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of >> [EMAIL PROTECTED] >> Sent: 13 January 2006 20:39 >> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >> Subject: [filmscanners] RE: slide scanner - Plustek OpticFilm 7200i >> >> > 7200dpi resolution which is the highest resolution of any manufacturer. >> >> I assume you mean CCD scanners?
