I've been very happy with my Elite. I print 13"x19" (or super A3 as
we commies call it) on an Epson 1290.  Have not noticed any grain
issues, but I scan mostly Provia 100F and it might not show up there.

Do consider though that these are the option of a rank amateur
and one who actually have the thing (one tends to defend the choices
one make don't ya know).
