Simon, I have not noticed a flatness problem with the SS 120 MF carrier. According to Polaroid, however, they will have a glass carrier available within about a month.
I am having an indexing problem, when using VueScan, with MF carrier. I have devised some work-arounds but it's still a hassle. All the carriers work well with Insight and SilverFast.
