That's been my complaint with the chromogenic films...and why I stick to
Tri-X, Delta and Plus-X.  I can't control the developing of the chrmogenic
films...well, I actually can, since I have an automated Jobo and do process
C-41 etc, but that kind of defeats the point of using them, since I could
just as easily develop Tri-X etc...  So, whether it's the film or the
processing, I find it's better if I can control the entire process, and I
then get the results I want...especially when I shoot using Zone system
development compensation.
