ISTR PS uses unequal proportions of each channel which are supposed to be
a general-purpose setting for converting colour images to greyscale. There
is somewhere a means of setting the percentages. I'm sure I've seen it...
one of those 'surprise' key combos you discover by accident: 'bloodyhell, I
never knew it did that!' :)
