Nikon and Polaroid. This list seem not to consider the Minolta MF scanner. I decided to buy this one. Nikon is too expensive, and can't use strips of 3 6x7 frames, also has problems with DOF and too low dmax for b&w silverbased films (I proved it myself). The Polaroid is an *excellent* scanner but also too expensive and doesn't have ICE, which is a huge drawback if, apart from your regular stuff, you also have some archival stuff to scan.
