Subject: OT: Printing Large Files

Hi,

Sorry this is slightly off topic but I'm hoping one of you imaging guru's
may have come across the problem. I have just started working on Panoramic
images and I'd like to be able to string 6-7 24bit (or higher) images
together to produce a composite. Now, I can do this fine, only problem is
the completed image is around 170MB and when I try to print it in PS6, it
crashes me out every time. I'm stuck. Can anyone suggest an alternate
approach besides downsampling the file? I'm printing to an Epson 1280/1290.
But this crashes before it gets to the driver software and on the _very odd
occasion it makes it there and it starts printing, I get approx. 1/3rd of
the file printed then it crashes again... Very infuriating. Is anyone out
the printing such huge files?

Help! :)

Cheers,
Neil
