Hey, I'm sorry Z. I seem to have hit a sore spot. My point is that RFC 9639 is vague. I've had to
struggle and consult and struggle some more to implement hardware and software to vague specs many
times, so I guess it's a sore spot for me, too. Peace, brother.
Perhaps it's the MPEG spec that's overly detailed (as many specs seem to be, to
their detriment).
A specification cannot be overly detailed -- impossible.
