"log.txt:level=16" is not a valid filename here (you're on windoze, I assume), you may need to escape the colon or the entire arg. And what are the *'s doing in that script?
Always start by posting the complete ffmpeg command and unedited output, that way we don't have to guess about what the script is doing.
