bug in ffmpeg decoder what deblock h264 when it shoud not (3) AME is
encoding to different settings than prores_ks profile:v 1 (4) theres
problem with timestamps and ffmpeg trying sanitize it by blending frames
to keep framerate
please provide a small part of your source video for testing
