This file played 'Windows Media player', smoothly. I execute 'ffmpeg -i clock.ts -f image2 %5d.jpg' from command line. jpeg file is not smooth seconds hand. seconds hand of 00057.jpg is back to 00056.jpg. 00087.jpg, 00117.jpg too. I found error code [h264 @ 047928C0] error while decoding MB 72 67, bytestream xx [h264 @ 047928C0] cabac decode of qscale diff failed at xx xx [h264 @ 047928C0] Reference 2 >= 2 But, output timing is not there jpeg make it.
