The write_colr flag has been marked as "experimental, may be renamed or changed, do not use from scripts" for over 5(!) years. I think it's time we decide how to handle the colr atom.
I propose that we write the colr atom by default if the stream either has an ICC color profile or has specified values for all of color_primaries, color_trc, and color_space. Additionally, this stops guessing the primaries/trc/matrix. Please review.
