Hi, I'm starting to work on a patch to add encryption support for fragmented MP4 following the cenc scheme to FFmpeg. I'm writing to ask if anyone had already started or planned such a patch, to avoid duplicate work or to step on anyone's toes.
The goal would be to extend the current support for non-fragmented MP4 cenc encryption to fragmented MP4, and possibly add support for cbcs.
