My suggestions would be: 1. If there is any volunteer to be fate-samples MAINTAINERS, tell him how to apply and update the FATE MAINTAINERS list. 2. If there is anyone with push access has a requirement to upload a fate sample, reply him to please apply fate access and update the FATE MAINTAINERS list.
