If you know of a problem with a patch and or if you have a suggestion for improving one, report the issue to the author of the patch. Such general statments are not helping the project because noone can fix a wide unspecific claim like that or even verify if the statement is true. Which makes this just an ad hominem attack. Because it can very easily be assigned to a human (who wrote all the patches) while making it impossible to assign it to a technical issue that can be corrected or discussed.
