ive manually made a certificate that works now but reimars script needs
an update so it cats all the certs of the chain together. (ccing reimar
for this) or maybe someone knows a cleaner way to make nginx use more than
1 as apache supports.

I'm using https://github.com/lukas2511/dehydrated on my servers.
It generates a fullchain.pem, which contains the full chain and the cert, by default, which can be used for that exact purpose.
Manually specifying the chain is actually deprecated even on Apache.
