No. Why would you say that? First, 4.0.x is not outdated from where I'm sitting and second, we've updated the packaged nVidia drivers in RPM Fusion for F29 to 415 already. If you're trying to say we can upgrade 4.0.x to 4.1.x without recompiling any dependent packages and you guarantee everything will work just like with 4.0.x, then I would be willing to entertain that option, though we try to avoid upgrading base system components in the middle of a release cycle.
