Sorry, I believe some tests inside configure are disabled
(or handled differently), I did not mean fate tests.

From the FFmpeg pov, "--cc" is documented, for some
compilers "gcc -m32" makes the output 32bit.
I would expect that this does not work 1:1 on Windows 64
with a Microsoft toolchain (but I never tested).
