Hi, i tried this ffmpeg -y -i /media/kerb/DVR-Video/NVR.dav -vcodec libx264 -crf 24 -filter:v "setpts=1*PTS" ~/Vidéos/ioutput-file.mp4

Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.
