Hello, my name is Gagandeep Singh and I am a sophomore at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK). I am interested in applying for the CINEFORM DECODER DEVELOPMENT FOR FFMPEG in GSOC.
I am writing this mail to introduce myself to the community. If anyone has any suggestions regarding the development of cineform for ffmpeg, i would love to read about them, discuss them and add them to the application. Also, my exams are over now in the institute and i will be starting to actively participate in gsoc. I have to accomplish the qualification tasks for the cineform decoder bugs and so also, anyone having the suggestions regarding them, again i would love to read them. Since, this is my first time at an open source project, i apologize for any statements in the mail that come of as rude.
