Did not catch that on this very site... Well I would assume it is meant to exclude explicitly a project just "to write documentation" and not necessarily to prevent a more automatically generated one, which would include actual need for coding I guess. Well if we would really like that project idea, we can reach out and find out if this would be acceptable or not.
