I noticed (using Wireshark) that FFMPEG (3.1.8) would sometimes close an RTSP control connection (TCP FIN) before it tries to get a response to the TEARDOWN request. There is an open bug (https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/4929) about not sending TEARDOWN, it's probably still not solving this problem.
