Changes since V1: * Implemented fixes suggested by Moritz Barsnick (if/else whitespace) * Strict checking on overread of the IP packet data * Fixed checking the size of the IP packet header size (6 vs 8)
Changes since V2: * Correct the header size check found by Paul B Mahol This patch series implement the previously unknown opcodes 0x06, 0x0E, and 0x010 for Interplay MVE movies. With this series every MVE sample[0] plays correctly, but I have some doubts as to the implementation of the extra two AVFrames necessary for format 0x10. If someone has a better idea on how to achieve this I'll happily rework it as necessary. I've tried to split up the patchset logically, I hope this makes sense. I'm working with Multimedia Mike to get detailed information on the frame formats added to multimedia.cx If preferred the patchset is also available on github[1] - HP [0] http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/game-formats/interplay-mve/ [1] https://github.com/hpvb/FFmpeg/tree/interplay-mve-submit [PATCH v2 1/5] Interplay MVE: Implement MVE SEND_BUFFER operation This patch implements a feature that wasn't used for 0x11 formatted movies. See the commit message for details. [PATCH v2 2/5] Interplay MVE: Refactor IP packet format This patch changes the IP packet format for interplaymovie. The reason for this is that frame format 0x10 requires an extra stream of data for a total of three to work correctly. This generalizes that for all frame formats.
