I've re-sent this patch via git send-email to make it easier to view. It has been tested with gcc 4.2.1 on osx 10.5 by me, and with clang and gcc 4.9 by Jing Yu on ubuntu -- http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2016-July/196547.html Is there any reason it shouldn't be applied?
