Maybe -hwaccel_lax_profile_check should be renamed to something a bit more
general - it was named for the specific VAAPI case, but this is really the same
type of issue. (-hwaccel_ignore_capabilities or something like that?)

That it would be better if ffmpeg didn't silently fall back to s/w dec
without saying so. Which could include ... use -hwaccel_lax_profile_check
to override.
