I thought it is a peculiarity of concat demuxer in case of non-seekable
input items.
This patch is a workaroud for this.
As I said: it looks like a bug in the libavformat infrastructure, not a
quirk of the concat demuxer. If it is a bug, or even a misfeature, it should
be fixed, not worked around.
