Just want to add that the 1 bpp code I wrote in the old patch for 1 bpp
QuickTime video was already partly incorrect, and had to be fixed
anyway, so I thought why not do it all at once instead. Your mileage may
vary, of course. You're free to split it as you see fit, as long as the
end result will be the same...
