Where does the seemingly weird 2 bpp palette ff_qt_default_palette_4[]
in qtpalette.h come from? The file below will look mighty strange when
using this one (play it with FFplay, or possibly VLC, since MPlayer
still thinks 'raw' QuickTime video is 24-bit RGB).
