I did not say it is not present, just that more packages rely on
openjpeg instead of openjpeg2. For instance, openjpeg2 is not even
installed on my system.
Or just look at the repo classification:
openjpeg2 is in community, while openjpeg is in extra, a more "core"
group of packages.
